Registration Is Now Open for 2013 Jr Mavs Football Club teams!
What is our cost to join? It is simple... we charge $100 per player if you sign up and pay during the early registration period of January 1, 2013 through may 31, 2013. The cost will then raise to $150 until the first day of practice. This cost is all you pay for your child to play for either the Jr Mavs or the Omaha Jr Mavs Pop Warner teams, we don't require you to participate in fund raising programs as other teams might. This low fee provides both practice and game jerseys, helmet, shoulder pads, pants and pads for each player. We even provide the mouthpiece. If you feel that you can not afford this $100 fee, please contact Head Coach John Manna, as we have a program to allow you to earn your scholarship through a simple fund-raising program. For those with more then one player, we offer a $25 discount for each additional player.
Is there a Security Deposit required? We require a $150 security deposit for each player's uniform. This will be returned when you return your entire uniform at the end of the year. If you pay by check, we will hold it and not cash it, unless you do not return the entire uniform. The security deposit will be collected the first day of practice, and is required before your child will be allowed to participate with the team. The cost of any equipment lost during the season will be deducted from this security deposit. A detailed list of the cost of each piece of equipment will be given to each player when the uniforms are distributed.
Do I have to pay through your PayPal account? Of course not -- we will gladly take your check! Just print click on the link below, print out the registration form and send it with your payment to the address on the form.
